ME Production is a make-to-order company with-in steel products, and as a sub-contract manufacturer we provide professional and customized solutions to a wide range of industries worldwide – from cement production to the food industry.

We offer a full range of services that can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of each individual customer. Our services cover your entire project from start to finish including concept development and project description, design and construction as well as installation and service.

Engineering

ME Production specializes in processing plant design and provides valuable insights, knowledge and expertise when existing plants are to be rebuild. We have the skills and capacity needed to take on design projects of any size – from individual machines to entire high-complexity processing facilities.

Waste managementWe work in close cooperation with our customers and are capable of handling the entire process – from design to manufacturing and assembly. Steel manufacturing

We specialize in a wide range of metal fabrication processes. Our 8.100m2 workshop facilities include body shop, machine shop as well as surface treatment facilities and we have the capacity to manufacture all types of sheet metal parts and machine parts. Our expertise includes plain steel as well as stainless and heat-resistant steels.

We have been approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration to manufacture components and equipment that come into direct contact with food.

We offer the following metal fabrication processes:

Cutting

  • Sheet size, X x Y, 2,5 x 6 m.
  • Flame cutting, up to 200 mm thickness.
  • Plasma cutting in plain steel, up to 25 mm thickness.
  • Plasma cutting in stainless steel, up to 20 mm thickness.
  • Plasma cutting in aluminium, up to 20 mm thickness.

Punching

  • Cutting length, 3 m (12 mm, plain steel)

Folding

  • Folding length, 4 m (10mm, plain steel)
  • Pressure, 225 tonnes.

Rolling

  • Sheet: W x T, 2500 x (10 mm plain steel), top roll, ø300
  • Circular roll, flat bar: W x T, 100 x (16, R ≥ 900 mm, plain steel).

Welding

  • Arc welding
  • CO2 welding
  • TIG welding, Super Duplex/SMO254

Our welders are certified in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1:2013.

In addition, we have been approved to manufacture pressure tanks in compliance with the Danish Department of Labour’s consolidation Act no. 743, module A1 audited by an authorized institution.

Turning

  • CNC: component size, turn 700 mm, L = 2000 mm.

Milling

  • Vertical and horizontal machining center with rotary table.
  • Maximum component size, 3000 x 2500 x 1500, max 5ton.

Surface treatment

  • Wet spray painting, cabin L x W x H, 6,0×2,5×2,5m

Packaging

The goods are packaged and prepared for shipping in sealed wooden boxes, in crates or on pallets depending on the needs of our customers. Prior to shipment, we prepare all the necessary freight documents.

We are certified by the Danish Plant Directorate to produce wood packaging in compliance with ISPM 15. 

 

Service

ME Production provides service and preventative maintenance of equipment for the cement industry and related industries. With preventative maintenance and service programs you can reduce your maintenance costs, avoid equipment breakdown as well as reducing machine downtime.

Our service team consists of highly skilled and experienced technicians who know what they are dealing with and will make sure that your equipment is working efficiently – and not least, that operation is running smoothly.

Batch mixers – TM-MIX

ME Production specializes in the manufacture of batch mixers for high performance processing of powders and granules with or without adding liquids. Our batch mixers – TM-MIX – ensure short mixing times, high-precision mixing as well as gentle treatment of the product.TM-MIX batch mixers are available in a variety of standard sizes ranging from 130 to 8.000 liter and are durably constructed in a wide range of materials. If our standard solutions do not meet your specific mixing needs, we customize solutions in accordance with your requirements.

Rotary valves

ME Production produces rotary valves designed to improve process efficiency and safety and to meet the requirements of a variety of industries.

Rotary valves offer continuous feeding and metering of both coarse and fine-grained process materials and are particularly designed to handle non-cohesive or moderately cohesive materials without clumps and with a maximum temperature of 100 degrees.The rotary valves are available in a variety of standard sizes and come with a comprehensive line of optional features. We also offer customized solutions to meet your specific requirements.

Through Screw Conveyor

Our through screw conveyors are designed for efficient and reliable handling of a wide range of bulk materials in industrial and processing plants.  The through screw conveyors are suitable for transportation of non-cohesive or moderately cohesive materials such as for example cement, bone and fishmeal, lime, salt, gypsum, aggregate and fly ash.
With a through screw conveyor the bulk material is efficiently and cost-effectively distributed to various locations using multiple inlet and discharging points. The inlets are located on the trough cover while the outlets can be found at both ends of the conveyor or along the conveyor’s length. Trough screw conveyors can be designed to be mounted and operated at different angels to the horizontal – up to 30°.

Our through screw conveyors are available in a wide range of standard sizes and materials from S235 to Super Duplex depending on capacity requirements and the bulk material that needs to be transported. If our standard models do not meet your requirements, we custom-engineer a solution for your specific application.

Tubular Screw Conveyor

Our tubular screw conveyors are designed for efficient and reliable handling of a wide range of bulk materials in industrial and processing plants.  The tubular screw conveyors are suitable for transportation of non-cohesive or moderately cohesive materials such as for example cement, bone and fishmeal, lime, salt, gypsum, aggregate and fly ash.

With a tubular screw conveyor the bulk material is efficiently and cost-effectively distributed to various locations using multiple inlet and discharging points. The bulk material is fed into the conveyor via a number of inlets and discharged at the end of the conveyor or via a number of outlets located where required. Tubular screw conveyors can be mounted at different angles to the horizontal – up to 60°. In special cases, a tubular screw conveyor can be dimensioned to transport material vertically.

The tubular screw conveyors are available in a wide range of standard sizes and materials from S235 to Super Duplex depending on capacity requirements and the bulk material that needs to be transported. If our standard models do not meet your requirements, we custom-engineer a solution for your specific application.
